Ingredients

  • Thin-sliced smoked ham
  • Thin-sliced pastrami
  • Thin-sliced roast beef
  • Sliced Swiss cheese
  • Sliced Colby Jack cheese
  • Hawaiian rolls
  • Mayonnaise
  • Mustard

Directions

Carefully unlock the cardboard tray holding the rolls and keep the rolls together. Use a bread knife to slice the tops from the bottoms. Layer meats and cheeses on the bottom halves, then spread mayonnaise and mustard on the top halves. Replace the tops, then cut down and across to create individual sandwiches. Lock the cardboard tray back in place, slide the sandwiches into the original bag or container, and seal. Pack the trays on top of the ice in your cooler and serve when ready.
