  • 1 Cup Black Coffee
  • 5 Tbsp Butter 75g / 2.5 oz
  • 5 Tbsp MCT Oil 75ml / 2.5 floz
  • 1 Tbsp Gelatine
  • 1/2 teaspoon peppermint extract (optional)

Instructions

  • Blend all ingredients together in a heatproof blender, just like preparing a keto coffee.
  • Pour the warm liquid into silicone or flexible ice cube trays—this recipe should fill about 16 small cubes. Silicone trays make removal much easier once the gummies set.
  • Refrigerate for about 5 hours until fully set. Keep the gummies in the tray or transfer them to an airtight container for storage.
