For the Kiwi Spinach Smoothie

    frozen banana

    pineapple

    tablespoon
    orange juice concentrate
  • 1
    handful ice cubes
  • 1

    water
    plus more if needed

For the Pineapple Smoothie

  • 1
    handful
    pineapple
    fresh or frozen
  • 1
    banana
    fresh or frozen
  • 1
    handful ice cubes
  • 1
    cup
    water
    plus more if needed to help blend

Instructions

  1. For the kiwi spinach smoothie: Add all the ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth. If the mixture is too thick, add a little more water to reach the desired consistency.

  2. For the pineapple smoothie: Combine the ingredients in a blender and blend until silky. Add extra liquid if needed to make blending easier.

  3. Pour the pineapple layer into glasses first, then gently add the kiwi spinach layer on top to create distinct layers. Garnish with fresh fruit and serve immediately.
